Refund policy

At Brighter Side Boutique, we want you to love what you ordered. Like… wear-it-on-repeat, tell-your-friends-about-it kind of love.

Because our products are made just for you when you order them, we don’t keep shelves of pre-printed inventory waiting around. But if something goes wrong with your order, don’t worry—we’ve got you.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Email us at orders@brightersideboutique.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Clear photos showing the issue

In most cases involving a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, you will not need to return the product.

Changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or chose the wrong color?

Since each item is made to order specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Selecting the wrong color or product
  • Changing your mind after the item has gone into production

Please take a moment to review product details and sizing information before placing your order. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us at orders@brightersideboutique.com as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it enters production, but we’ll do our best to help if we catch it in time.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
