Where We Ship
Brighter Side Boutique currently ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing — AKA the “We’re Making Your Stuff” Phase
Most Brighter Side Boutique products are made to order, which means your item is produced especially for you after your order is placed.
Orders typically ship within 2–7 business days after being submitted for production. During busy seasons or periods of unusually high demand, production may take a little longer.
Production time is separate from shipping time.

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes approximately 2–8 business days, depending on your location, carrier, and the shipping method selected or available for your order.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally slow things down.
Order Updates — We Won’t Ghost You
You'll receive tracking information once your order ships, so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep like the VIP package it is.
Because items in the same order may occasionally be fulfilled from different facilities, your order may arrive in more than one package. If that happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
